(More customer reviews)I bought this mower a year ago and am extremely disappointed. Though featured as mulch optional, there is no plug for the side discharge. I have tried everywhere to find one but can't. E-mails to Poulan are not replied to and the 1-800 number is a recording saying to call during normal hours (I called 2 hours after they were supposed to be open). Don't buy this thing.
