(More customer reviews)I purchased this mower last month,the owners manual shows items that are not anywhere near those what are packaged with the unit. I was able to deal with that. Every time you need to replace the cutting string you must turn the mower on its side,then when you start it back up it smokes like a mosquito fogger-this is not a "green" envioremental unit.The front bolts holding the red protective cover in place vibrated out and are now lost somewhere in the grass. This brings me to the only real problem with this mower.There is no united states support dealers-you must contact Great Britian to try to get any replacement parts. If I had known that there were no U.S. service reps. I never would have bought this. Do yourself a favor and buy american instead, Make sure that you will be able to get after sales support instead of contacting Europe to try and get some satisfaction.
