(More customer reviews)Let's see...to start with, the lawnmower wouldn't work out of the box. Just flat-out would not start. Two hours into the phone call with the service center, they directed us to a shop a few miles away. Owner of the shop was able to get the mower started and then informed us that he was not an authorized PoulanPro repair shop and that we shouldn't have been sent to him. Got it home and mower immediately returned to the default "not starting mode". A couple of hours later and a trip for some starting fluid and we were in business. Fast-forward two months and we're back to square one.
When it works, it's fine. But when it doesn't, it would have been nice to have a store to drive this POS back to and dump at their feet.
