(More customer reviews)got these gator blades to replace the stock ones which were always being nicked and dulled by use. the gator blades stay sharper much longer and do a very good job of cutting the grass into finer clippings. I have a large area to mow and these blades will save a lot of time by not having to be sharpened all the time!!
