(More customer reviews)Receoved this tractor on May 4,2010, was in a crate and hard to remove. The seat was damaged and unable to be attached to the tractor. I contacted their customer service and received e-mail acknowledgements both times,"will respond within 24 hrs". Idid something very foolish and tried it out to see if it would work. I just sat on the plate that holds the seat, and as a result, fell off and broke a rib. I am willing to pay for a new seat if someone would just let me know how to do this. I have wired the seat on so that I can at least mow my lawn, but am afraid that the wire might break and I will take another spill. The tractor itself is OK, a little too slow in first gear, but to fast in second to mow. This is the first and most likley the last time I purchase a product of Poulan.
