(More customer reviews)This product arrived quickly and in good condition.The set-up was strait forward and easy.The pressure washer worked GREAT for about 15 minutes, and then it lost pressure.Per the trouble-shooting section of the instruction manual, I checked all the connections to make sure none were sucking air, and then I tried again, but the unit still would not create any water pressure.I phoned the manufacturer and was given the same advice (check the connections), so I did that again without luck.Frustrated, I set it aside and tried again today.This time I wrapped thread seal (plumber's tape) on the threads of the connection between the wand and the pressure hose.I also replaced the gaskets in the inlet hose; however, the fourth time was not a charm - the unit's motor ran and the water flowed, but with no more pressure than a garden hose.It's heading back for a refund.
